I’m writing this letter to let you know what an exceptional broker that Rebecca was for us. You meet someone like Rebecca once in a lifetime!
We just arrived in Naples after being away on a 10 day cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale and decided to check out Naples on our way to Destin.
We explored the Naples beach and then we proceeded to the marina just in time to witness the catch for the day. We then thought we would check out 5Th Avenue and a few stores. I suggested that my partner might want to go into the Real Estate Office “Realty USA” and see if we could find out any information on a rental for next winter. We thought Naples had the appeal we were looking for! Well I left Brian with Rebecca and did a bit of shopping. When I returned arrangements had already been made with Rebecca to visit a few of the communities that she thought we would like. The next morning she picked us up and we were out once again looking in selected communities. On this day we thought we were getting seriously interested in buying our own place. On the third day Rebecca picked us up once again and that afternoon we were the proud owners of our new Lely Resort winter home in Naples!
How does that happen!
With Rebecca having the experience and the knowledge of Naples and with her great communication skills and the enhanced service level she gave us, we felt very comfortable with her as our broker. Rebecca also has a very high degree of integrity and along with her knowledge, experience, market knowledge, communication and listening skills and above all the service she provided to us was absolutely amazing. I don’t think we would have considered buying if it were not for Rebecca. Rebecca also looked after our interests and ensured we received the entitled incentives that were being offered by the builder.
Rebecca will remain a close friend of our in Naples and I would recommend her to all my Canadian friends that are also looking for their winter retirement home.

I was extremely please with all aspects of the real estate process we went through.
